Acceptance of Terms

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of heybji that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. heybji's internal dispute resolution process is described in Section 7 of these Terms.
Account Registration & Eligibility
To use heybji's real-money gaming and betting services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and takes only a few minutes. By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the following eligibility conditions are satisfied.
Eligibility Requirements

- You are registering only one account. Multiple accounts per individual — whether under the same or different names, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited.
- The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and truthful. You agree to update your account details promptly if they change.
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law in a way that restricts your lawful participation.
Identity Verification (KYC)
heybji may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Requested documents may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, driver's licence, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.
heybji reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension. All documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with heybji's Privacy Policy.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your heybji username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, bets placed, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify heybji immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules
Deposits are credited to your heybji wallet balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. heybji does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which heybji accepts no responsibility.
You must only deposit funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment methods owned by third parties — including family members — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited funds.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours of the request being submitted, subject to identity verification status and any applicable bonus wagering requirement being fully met. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (mobile wallet), ৳1,000 (bank transfer).

General Bonus Terms
- Opt-in requirement: Some bonuses require explicit opt-in at the time of deposit. Where an opt-in is required, the bonus will not be applied retroactively to a deposit made before opting in.
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings carry a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Standard wagering requirements on heybji range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

- Abuse and fraud: heybji reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close any account, where it determines that bonus terms have been abused — including through irregular play patterns, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account use designed to exploit promotions.
Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
All games available on heybji — including slots, live dealer games, RNG table games, sports betting markets, and crash games — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating. The following general gameplay terms apply across all products on the heybji platform.
RNG and Live Casino Games

Sports betting markets on heybji cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test matches, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football (Premier League, La Liga, Bangladeshi football leagues), kabaddi, ice hockey, basketball, and other sports as made available. Odds are displayed in decimal format. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
- In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market suspension rules. heybji reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets at any time due to score changes, technical issues, or data feed interruptions.
- heybji reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a pricing error. Players will be notified and the stake returned to their wallet.
- Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settled bets will follow the rules of the specific sport and market as published in the heybji sports betting terms.
- Maximum payout per single bet slip: ৳1,000,000. Accumulator bets may be subject to lower payout limits as indicated in the bet slip.
Disputes
If you believe a game result, bet settlement, or account transaction is incorrect, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of the relevant event by contacting heybji support via live chat or email at [email protected]. heybji will investigate the dispute and respond within 5 business days. The records maintained by heybji's gaming systems constitute the definitive record of all transactions and game outcomes and will take precedence over any player-side screenshot or personal record in the event of a discrepancy.
Prohibited Conduct
heybji maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and bonus funds, reporting to relevant authorities, and recovery of any funds obtained through the prohibited activity.
- Fraud and money laundering: Using heybji to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity. heybji complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
- Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Chargebacks: Filing a payment chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a deposit made to heybji without first raising the matter through heybji's internal dispute resolution process. Chargeback abuse will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery action.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage, share information, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI tools, or any automated software to play games, place bets, or interact with the heybji platform without genuine human input.
- Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or software error in a game or on the platform. Any winnings obtained through a known software error are void and will be reversed.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or country of residence.
- Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the heybji platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your heybji account.
- Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, defamatory, or offensive language toward heybji staff or other players via any channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
Account Suspension & Closure
heybji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Player-requested self-exclusion under heybji's Responsible Gaming programme.
- Regulatory or legal obligation requiring cessation of service to a specific individual.
- Extended account inactivity (12 or more consecutive months with no login or transaction activity).
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request closure of your heybji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. heybji will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. A monthly administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from the wallet balance of inactive accounts. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
